Very quiet house of 140 m2 in its park, in the heart of a small Breton hamlet.

No busy road nearby!

The trails adjacent to the property allow for walks to discover the surrounding nature, to go to one of the beaches.

The house can accommodate up to 10 people.
It consists of a large living room (living room), 2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, kitchen, 2 separate toilets and a large terrace of 100 m2.

Its large park of more than 4000 m2 partially wooded will allow you:

Very nice and large house

The kitchen in particular is well equipped and the beds are very comfortable. It has a pretty garden. You do need a car if you are going to stay there.

This is a beautiful, traditional and tranquil property surrounded by its own grounds and orchard, including apple, walnut and quince trees. It is in a very quiet area, within easy walking distance of the coast. There are lots of local areas of interest and places to visit (we particularly enjoyed the Quiberon peninsula and Vannes). Nicholas was the perfect host, explaining everything in full and always easily contactable (not that we had any problems). All to be thoroughly recommended!

Nicolas ist ein sehr freundlicher und korrekter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber.Das Haus ist geräumig und gut eingerichtet.Die Lage im Ortsteil Kerbosse ist sehr schön. Ausserhalb der manchmal doch dicht gedrängten Ferienhaussiedlungen. Das Haus umgibt ein Park mit hohen Bäumen und Wiesenflächen.Ein Bereich für Naturliebhaber!Die sehr schönen Strände von Erdeven liegen in max. 10 Minuten Entfernung mit dem Auto.Einige sehr schöne Menhirenbereiche mit tollen Wandermöglichkeiten liegen am Ortsrand.Sehenswert ist auch die Ria d‘Etel in 15 min. Entfernung (Flussmündung mit großem Hafen) und netten Restaurants.Insgesamt in jedem Fall ein schönes Urlaubsziel.

Wunderschönes Haus in toller Umgebung

Wir waren zwei Wochen mit 5 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind im Haus von Nicholas. Es liegt sehr schön inmitten eines parkähnlichen Gartens mit alten Apfelbäumen. Es ist sehr ruhig, aber in wenigen Minuten ist man am Meer und in den beiden Orten Étel und Erdeven.Das Haus ist großzügig und modern eingerichtet, und die Ausstattung ist tadellos. Wir haben uns außerordentlich wohl gefühlt und würden uns jederzeit wieder für dieses besonders angenehme Ferienhaus entscheiden.

Belle situation et magnifique jardin mais...

Sans doute car hors saison, nous n'avons été accueilli par personne dans une maison qui avait besoin d'être aérée et avec un ménage moyen ainsi que les 2 tables du jardin les chaises le parasol et le barbecue encombrant le salon ! Pas d'état des lieux donc mais des interdictions notées partout : table, mur etc... Le propriétaire est certes passé dans le lendemain ...récupérer son chèque de caution de 800€. Et même chose pour repartir : personne ne se déplace et nous ne récupérons pas notre chèque donc il faut avoir confiance. Gestion très limite donc heureusement que l'extérieur est super et la situation géographique très bien. La maison est grande mais a également besoin d'un rafraichissement

La Mob de Kerbosse

Très, très bel endroit de rêves tant la maison que le magnifique jardin. La maison se trouve à proximité des plages, à quelques minutes d'Erdeven et d'Etel et non loin de Carnac. Nous remercions tout particulièrement Nicolas de nous mettre son bien à disposition et de le maintenir dans un très bel et très bon état. Nous y reviendrons certainement.

abgelegenes Haus mit Charme in großem Garten

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit mit der Familie. Besonders schön ist der große Garten mit den alten Bäumen und die große Terrasse mit Sonnenschirm und Grill. Im Inneren des Hauses ist Platz und alles Nötige vorhanden, einiges wird gerade renoviert. Das Meer ist in ca. 40 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Für Supermarkt, Bäcker und Restauraunts benötigt man ein Auto. Fahrräder sind leider nicht vorhanden.

Agréable maison

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison, qui est idéal pour les grandes familles. Avec une cuisine dînatoire, un grand séjour salle à manger qui est très appreciable avec le poêle. Les chambres sont grandes, la literie de certains lits serait a revoir mais on dort bien au calme. Le jardin est immense pour les enfants c'est top. Il faut prendre la voiture pour aller a la plage ou aux commerces mais tout est a une petite distance. On recommande.
