Our house is located in the old village of kergouet, both at sea and in the countryside, and in a cul-de-sac. At the end of the impasse is the pond of kergrosse with its ducks and hens of water. When the sea is agitated we hear the sound of the waves.

Vacances en famille à Erdeven dans une maison spatieuse, tout confort comme à la maison ! Propreté impeccable. Tres bien située proche de tous les plus beaux sites du Morbihan. Maison au calme. Tres grande plage à 5min a vélo. Les proprietaires sont adorables. Nous n'avons qu'une envie revenir!

Sehr ruhige Lage, gute Abstellmöglichkeit für Auto und Fahrräder, Küche gut ausgestattet, gute Betten, großer "Kicker" zum Spielen auch für Erwachsene, große und schöne Terrasse, Strand zu Fuß und per Fahrrad schnell erreichbar, ein kleiner See für Vogelbeobachtung liegt in der Nähe.

Sehr schönes Haus in wunderbarer Lage. Die Fahrräder waren perfekt um alles in der Nähe(Strand, Bäcker) schnell zu erreichen und die Gegend zu erkunden. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich ubd hilfsbereit.

Des vacances au top !

La maison est en tout point parfaite. Son emplacement pour rayonner dans la région, son calme, son grand jardin, son intérieur impeccable et fonctionnel. Rien ne manque. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour avec nos 2 enfants et notre chienne. Nous avons eu un temps magnifique. Nous avons adoré faire Belle-Île en catamaran, l'île d'Houat avec ses plages et criques exceptionnelles, Quiberon et sa côte sauvage, la ria d'Étel, Saint-Cado, Saint-Goustan, Le Bono et Vannes. Un grand merci à M. et Mme Morvan pour leur accueil chaleureux, leurs conseils et pour offrir aux familles la chance de passer des vacances formidables avec leurs chiens. Nous reviendrons, c'est certain.

Perfektes Ferienhaus, tolle Lage

Für uns als Familie mit drei Kindern war das Ferienhaus perfekt. Es ist sehr geräumig, gut ausgestattet, gepflegt und sauber. Die Lage zwischen Meer und dem Ort Erdeven ist ideal, mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 5 Minuten am Strand und in zehn Minuten beim Bäcker im Ortszentrum. Der große Garten mit Terrasse und Liegen und natürlich der Tischkicker waren absolute Highlights. Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder Urlaub machen.

Superbe maison tout équipée

Ravis de notre séjour dans cette maison au confort optimal, au calme, spacieuse ! Tout équipée, elle est prête à l’usage par les locataires. Nous sommes venus en famille à 4 avec un bébé et une petite fille, le logement était adapté pour nous 4 ! Les chambres sont bien et les pièces d’eau également. La mer est à 15/20 minutes à pied, une aire de jeu pour enfants et un mini golf sont également à proximité. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et disponibles pour toutes questions supplémentaires.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est grande, très bien équipée. Le jardin est parfait pour profiter du beau temps et bien clos pour nos amis les chiens. La situation est idéale: au calme, proche de la plage à pied (15 min) et des sites à voir dans la région. Et Maryvonne et son mari sont très accueillants. A conseiller.

Nous avons avons passé une excellente semaine. Très bon accueil des propriétaires et nous les remercions de leur gentillesse. La maison est spacieuse, au calme, très propre et bien équipée. la plage est à 5mn en vélo. Nous remercions Mme et Mr Morvan d'avoir accepté nos chiens qui se sont régalés dans le jardin. nous espérons revenir dans la région et ce sera sans hésiter dans cette jolie maison. Un excellent séjour!

Excellent contact avec les propriétaires qui nous ont fait découvrir une maison spacieuse, bien agencée et très lumineuse, bénéficiant d'une belle orientation et non loin de la plage. Terrasse donnant accès à un grand jardin, le tout bien ensoleillé. Equipement au top tant pour la fonctionnalité (cuisine, salon de jardin, barbecue, stationnement des véhicules dans la propriété etc...) que pour les loisirs (salle détente à l'étage, babyfoot et vélos toutes tailles à disposition...). Nous étions 7 adultes tous très satisfaits. Je reommande et garde précieusement l'adresse!

Le confort et la nature

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine aux vacances d automne chez M.et Mme Morvant. Nous étions 2 adultes et 3 enfants de 9, 10 et 13 ans. La maison est spacieuse et bien équipée(plaque induction, appareil a raclette etc )et agencée. Le baby foot et le wi fi ont fait le bonheur de nos enfants ! La situation de la maison est exceptionnelle, à 5min à pieds des dunes qui conduisent à la plage , dans une impasse au calme. Le jardin entièrement clôturé a ravi notre petit chien qui a pu gambader en toute sécurité. La région est splendide , de nombreuses visites à faire et des kilomètres de plage où ramasser des tonnes de coquillages. Nous recommandons vivement ce séjour à Kergouët !

Wir hatten einen supertollen Urlaub in der Bretagne!

Wir waren uns als Familie einig: 14 Tage Urlaub sind zu kurz! Zu gerne wären wir noch länger in diesem schönen Haus geblieben: für uns war die Aufteilung mit den drei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern plus zusätzliches WC optimal. Alles war sauber, die Küche toll ausgestattet, super Geräte (Kühlschrank schön groß), toller Herd und Spülmaschine, viele Gläser und Teller... Der Garten sehr schön groß und richtig ruhig gelegen. Die Fahrräder waren super praktisch, um mal eben an den Strand zu sausen, der nur ca. 700m entfernt liegt. Die Vermieter sind sehr sympathisch, vertrauenswürdig und hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die zwei schönen Wochen!
