Double:
The spacious double room on the ground floor of the house has a size of 26m² and has a sitting area with TV, two single beds and a wardrobe. The shower is integrated in the room. For each of the two double rooms there is a toilet, which is accessible via the corridor.  The breakfast is served in the breakfast room - here the coffee maker and the fridge can also be used by guests. 

Our house is located in a quiet, sophisticated residential area with proximity to the egapark, the fair and old town. The apartment (46m²) has living room and bedroom, shower and toilet, a conditional extended occupancy is possible. The spacious double rooms include shower rooms and separate toilets. In the breakfast room coffee maker and fridge are available. Bicycles can be parked safely in the yard.
During your stay at this bed & breakfast, you'll be within walking distance of Theatre Erfurt. You'll find features like breakfast (surcharge).
