The house is located in the popular Erfurt Linderbach area.
A shopping mall (globe) can be reached on foot in 5 minutes.
Two bedrooms are equipped with high quality box spring beds.
The modern kitchen offers plenty of space for your ideas.
The center of Erfurt can be reached by car in 7 minutes. There is also a bus stop 5 minutes away.

Up to 6 cars can park in front of the house.

Underfloor heating is installed throughout the house.
For film lovers there is a 4K projector that projects onto a 2. 80m screen.
The whole thing is supported by Bowers & Wilkins in clay.
SKY and the entire media library are also available.
In the cold evenings, the automatically controlled fireplace provides you with enough heat.
The exterior facade has not yet been renovated.

Schönes und gepflegtes Haus. Top ausgestattet.

Wir waren mit 7 Mädels ein Wochenende in dem Haus. Das Haus war sauber, gepflegt und voll ausgestattet (Küche, Kamin, Grill, Bettwäsche, Handtücher,...) Wir mussten uns um nichts kümmern. Für Rückfragen während des gesamten Wochenendes war Herr Arnold stets erreichbar. sitzecke sowohl im Außenbereich als auch in der Küche bzw. Wohnzimmer waren super und für gemeinsame Abende in unserer Runde perfekt. Es gab 3 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Doppelbett sowie für die 7. Person die Couch im Wohnzimmer. Unser Wochenende in dem Haus behalten wir in super schöner Erinnerung und würden nochmal buchen. Einzigen Abzug gibt es aufgrund der Randlage in Erfurt. Am Wochenende und nachts kann man mit dem Taxi jedoch in 10 Minuten die Innenstadt erreichen oder muss sich anderweitig kümmern.

Modernes Haus am Rand von Erfurt für ein langes Wochenende

Wir (5 Erwachsene) haben ein schönes verlängertes Wochenende in diesem Haus verbracht. Es ist modern eingerichtet und hat alles was das Herz begehrt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Sogar ein Kaffeevollautomat steht zur Verfügung. Ansonsten bietet das Haus Fußbodenheizung, einen Kamin und das Highlight ist das Kinozimmer. Schlüsselübergabe mit kurzer Info zu allen wichtigen Sachen zum Haus verlief reibungslos. Falls mal ein kleines Problem auftauchen sollte, steht einem der Besitzer schnell mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Wir haben auch gleich ein paar Restaurantempfehlungen bekommen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus und uns hat das lange Wochenende in Erfurt sehr gefallen.

Modern renoviertes Haus am Stadtrand Erfurts

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in den Haus gefühlt! Von außen ist die Fassade noch alt, aber von innen ist das Haus top modern renoviert mit großer Küche und Wohnzimmer! Am besten hat uns der große Garten mit Grillecke gefallen! Hier haben wir, dank gutem Wetter, die meiste Zeit verbracht! Das Haus liegt am Standrand Erfurts, daher ist es sehr ruhig, mit dem Auto ist man in 10 min oder mit dem Bus in 15 min in der Stadt ( Bushaltestelle 5min zu Fuß, Bus fährt aber nur stündlich)

Toll eingerichtetes Haus, schön aufgeteilt und auch mit Kindern perfekt..

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es fehlt an nichts. Der Garten ist ein Spieleparadies für Kinder.
