One of my few bad experiences and sadly not recommended at all. Erfurt is a great city to visit and the location of the "hotel" is too. However, this is not a hotel. There is no staff and no/bad information about the basics like breakfast hours etc. Also they charged me twice but when talking to them they denied a refund. After a long dialogue with hotels.com I will get a refund but zero excuse from hotel. No cleaning of rooms during stay and AI response via their so called info channel WhatsApp. I travel alot and have the utmost repsect for hotels and that things can change but my demands are low and this place did not meet them.
