The apartment is very spacious, fully equipped and tastefully furnished to match the Art Nouveau building. We have paid special attention to the beds, because you can enjoy your stay only if you start the day well rested. In the kitchen everything is then ready for an aromatic cup of coffee. After a long eventful day you can end the evening comfortably in the apartment with Wifi and TV connection.

The apartment has 2 large rooms + kitchen + bathroom + hallway. In the main room there is a double bed (180cm) and a pull-out sofa set (140cm) and access to the private balcony. In the adjoining room (with pretty bay window) there is a double bed (140cm) and an electric height adjustable single bed (100cm). Both rooms are equipped with TV, have additional seating for lounging and can be darkened by blinds+curtains. The kitchen-living room has seating for 4 people and a standard built-in kitchen (including hob, oven, fridge, coffee maker, kettle and toaster, as well as a basic set of kitchen utensils). In the backyard of the house there is a private parking space for a medium-sized car (2m clearance width).

The apartment fits perfectly for 4 adult persons. With more occupants, the price will of course be cheaper per head, although overall the apartment will also be tighter. Please keep this in mind when booking larger groups.

Built in 1904 according to the Art Nouveau style, the former municipal building with high dwarf gables flanked by oriels and turrets is a designated monument in Erfurt. The apartment is located on the edge of Erfurt's old town, which is one of the largest ensembles of monuments in Germany. The exceptionally large and largely preserved old town invites you to stroll and marvel. In addition to the Cathedral Square, the Krämer Bridge, and the Petersberg Citadel, Erfurt has many other attractions to offer in the historic center - and all of this is in the immediate vicinity of the house. Public transport (bus and streetcar) as well as popular restaurants, bars and clubs are within walking distance.
