Housekeeper pounded on the door and yelled "Housekeeping," and woke me up, even though there was a do not disturb sign on the door. It also would have been nice to have been asked how my stay was when I left. Just missing very basic courtesies.

pillows were to stiff, toilet base was loose, hot tub and pool wasn't working til our second night ( only stayed 2 nights) and both was VERY DIRTY AND HOT TUB WAS NOT HOT. Shower water pressure was too hard. Coffee Maker was dirty in our room we couldn’t use it.

Staff here was super friendly. Breakfast and coffee bar were also very nice. The location, for our need, was fantastic. We brought out two small dogs to hike some trails and be outside, waterfront park across the street was ideal, and super short drive to Presque Isle Park. Our only suggestion, is the carpets were visibly dirty, more common in pet friendly hotels we know, and the bathroom could have been cleaner. Overall a very nice place to stay.

The shower drain was clogged with a lot of hair and would drain initially. I loved that parking was included. Staff were really nice. The furniture and carpet were dated. The shower device was difficult to position. The bar was less than expected but it was better than nothing. It was ok but I probably wouldn’t stay again.

I would definitely return to this property should I find myself in Erie again. The staff were so accommodating and helpful. Sadly, I was in town for a funeral and they were kind to allow me to print out my eulogy. Room was immaculate and roomy. Bed was comfy. Nice view across the street to the lake. Included breakfast was a really nice feature - the eggs were some of the worst ever. But the waffles (made fresh) were delicious and there were a nice selection of fruit and cereal and breakfast breads, bagels, English muffins, etc. Avoid the eggs and you'll be fine! Also enjoyed the pool and hottub area. Restaurant across the street was convenient and decent.
