For the most part it was great. It was close to all the attractions. The only probably was it had a bit of a tobacco smell to the room and the breakfast area has no black tea for both days of our stay.

Good for a one night stay as we were headed to Niagar Falls. We were on the first floor and the noice from the vehicles outside woke us up a couple times. It sounded like motorcycles racing. There was also a clicking noise that woke us up. Unsure what it was from. Bed was pretty uncomfy. Air quality was meh. Both my husband and I woke up stuffy and had sore throats.

Highly Disappointed

The room was FILTHY - from the bed linens, to the carpet, to the mold in the shower and sink. The stench in the room, coming from what I believe was the AC, is nothing I can even describe. It was like old gym clothes that laid in the hot sun. The 25 hour free coffee in the lobby was empty. Our room reservation was nowhere to be found, but the staff went above and beyond to help and did give us a held room. On a positive note, the shower water pressure was great. Thankfully it was a single night stay.

Find a different hotel.

This room 304 smelled like it houses dogs for the last year. The cleaning girl gave us some air freshener that simply masked it. Went to go to bed there was hair in my bed and stains on the pillows. I called down front and was given new sheets that I had to put on this gross bed. I used my sweatshirt as a pillow and slept terribly. This place needs a deep clean and carpets shampooed. I wore my shoes the entire time. For almost $200 a night I expect a little more. Never again!!
