Finally a hotel with a comfortable bed!

The hotel is a simple, 2-floor hotel. It does not have an elevator so you should book a first floor room if you can’t do stairs (we were not aware of this at the time of booking but thankfully it was only 1 night and we didn’t leave the room). It’s a decent hotel, well-kept and clean. They could use another light in the rooms and a nightlight in the bathroom but the best thing they had was the bed! It was super comfortable, I didn’t have any soreness when I woke up (something that pretty much never happens in any hotel we’ve been to) so this Goldilocks was pretty happy with that!

The doors that should have been locked after hours to allow guest only access to the hotel room floors were not locked. The door accessing the second floor was propped open, and anyone from the outside could have entered the second floor without the front staff knowing.

It was convieint and affordable. Not too clean. Entry was nasty at the back door. Pillows smelled like urine. Two different stays snd both times coffee was empty and there was nobody present to tell. Once at 8am and the second day at 6:30am. Rooms and back entry were dimly lit

Paper thin walls

Staff was nice, check in was easy. Beware...the walls are paper thin. If the people staying in your room cough or sign, you will hear it. What they are watching on tv, you will hear it all.

Great experience from start to finish. Very clean, attractive, and comfortable, with friendly staff and easy check in/out. This was the last stay on a long trip and it was a wonderful way to end. Make your own waffles!? Yes please! The only critique we have is that the parking lot light in the back of the building was burnt out, so we didn't feel comfortable using that stairwell.

The staff was friendly and accommodating our room was clean. The negative was I wasn’t informed that the second floor had no elevator when I booked. My husband and I both have knee issues and it was difficult carrying our luggage up the two flights of stairs. I do have an issue with the transaction because I was booking the Cobblestone across from the hotel where our seminar was taking place. When I went back in Expedia had changed the hotel on me. I never noticed because they are both in Erie, PA we ended up 15 min away and each day had to travel back and fourth multiple times. Bad customer service. Thx.

This was a great find for a peaceful night’s rest. Off the beaten path, a bit, which turned out to be a good thing. Hotel was clean, comfortable & the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. Would absolutely stay here again.
