I arrived at the hotel at 2:10p. 40 minutes before check in and was told that my room would be ready by 2:30. A hour and ten minutes later I was finally able to get into my room. 40 minutes after check in. I occasionally asked the desk clerk for updates, trying not to be annoying but wanting to be sure that I wasn’t forgotten about. The clerks attitude was less than stellar. He acted like I was bothering him. This is the first time I’ve experienced this issue at this hotel (I’ve stayed here several times) and hope it was just a one off. The room was adequate except for only one light working and the bed was comfortable

The room was nice but the heating system wasn’t user friendly. It kept changing from heat to cooling and wouldn’t stay at a constant temperature. The staff was very helpful in assisting me with booking my room for an additional night due to a snow storm that caused travel issues. Overall a pleasant place to stay and relax.
