Very much “meh”. The hotel itself has a lot of positives. It’s clean with cool pools and stuff for kids, but definitely gives off an old man, “get off my lawn” vibe. And the elevator does not inspire confidence.

When I checked in the girl at the front was very rude and when I checked out she don’t release the money from the credit card and then when I called and asked I haven’t received the money and the manager told me they were going to hold it for 14 days and told me to go handle it with the bank. Then he proceeded the hang up the phone on my face, plus I still haven’t gotten my money.
