ON WEBSITE SAYS THAT YOU CAN MAKE PAYMENT WHEN YOU GET THERE "NOT TRUE" , TRIED TO PAY CASH AT CHECK IN AND HAD TO BE PLACED ON CARD ALSO DID'NT MENTION THAT YOU HAVE TO PLACE $100 DEPOSIT PLUS ROOM COST, A DAY LATER STILL DON'T HAVE DEPOSIT BACK IN MY BANK ACCOUNT

The room was acceptable and clean, the ironing board was broken so I just put it across the bed in order to use it. Unfortunately, my room was on the front side of the hotel which was directly across from the highway so I heard highway noise all night, luckily I was able to sleep regardless of the many trucks and vehicles that travel that highway.

Toilet didn't flush properly reported it attendant when i was there came by and told me to hold down lever took it took awhile to go do0wn i used the McDonalds across the away it was faster Security lat5ch wasn't secure when i used it while inside as i went to go out latch was on floor poorly secured to wood molding around all units should have them securely fastened through the frame or wall using better anchors than screws'

i would say this hotel is more for singles or couples passing through that aren’t picky about sleeping arrangements. i would not recommend this to families, especially with young children. our first impression wasn’t great as man at the front desk was not friendly or welcoming. our room was decent. it wasn’t the cleanest room i’ve had but definitely not the dirtiest. the smell of both the hotel hallway and room was awful - very musty. our sleeping arrangements were the worst. normally we’re fine with pet friendly hotels but this hotel is not well insulated and the doors do not have any seals (light comes through on all sides). there was a dog barking constantly from about 7:30-11:00. although we didn’t hear the interstate, we did hear the neighbours speaking in the hallway and their rooms. checking out was a breeze - just drop your card off at the desk.

The place was okay for just an over night from spending the evening at splash lagoon. Pillows were uncomfortable and the bathroom was a very tight space. But over all it was an okay place for just one night.
