Nice new clean hotel. Check in gave us a nice large suite. Only complaint is the sound proofing is not too good. We could clearly hear anyone walking by, our neighbours, and the elevator noises.

Nice place

Very nice and updated hotel. Amazing beds, nice showers, nice pool very amazing location! 2 flat screen tvs in room (weird they were connected) you turn on one of the tv’s they both turn on and both play the same thing, it was kinda annoying. Overall it was a 4.9/5 stay. One flaw, Paper thin floors and walls. Kids running up and down the hall all night people above were doing Irish jigs till 2am (ironically it was Saint Patrick’s weekend) Other then hearing all the noise from surrounding rooms the stay was nice.

We had a great stay and a great breakfast. The only downfall is the occupants of the room above us were inconsiderate. Sounded like the ceiling was going to come crashing down. Had to call the front desk and complain.

Highly recommend Spark by Hilton Erie PA. Special shout out to Laura Front Desk staff person. Extremely friendly knowledgeable. Great customer service. Improvement needed btwn Expedia & Spark in terms of computer system. Spark was unable to print hotel guest receipt.

No chairs in the rooms Room next to elevator that squeaked all night when the door would open. Clearly a hotel that was built on the cheap, which is okay but I expect more from a Hilton branded property. Breakfast-not close to the quality of comfort inn or holiday inn express.

I’d stay again.

Very nice hotel. It was remodeled but clean and well kept. Staff were friendly, easy check in/out and decent choice of breakfast foods.

This place sucks

I am so disappointed in this hotel. 2 tvs close to each oyher, and both go.on at the same time is strange. Tvs kept goi g off and on. Breakfast is supposed to start at 6 am, but yesterday nobody was there. No coffee maker or microwave in the room. You pay over 240 dollars, and get cold hot coffe from the lobby, and cold hot chocolate fom lobby wouldn't recommend this hotel to anybody. Red Roof inn is better, and it is a heck a lot cheaper. I won't be back.

Fine for a quick stay

I stayed with my children for a volleyball tournament at a nearby sports complex. The room was cleanish, for example there was dirt and debris in the corners and on the walls of the bathroom. The room had a slightly dirty odor as well. Overall the room was fine for overnight and the kids enjoyed the pool.

Ok, the room itself and service were just fine. BUT, I only live 5 miles away and I stayed a night with my grandkids so they could swim for their birthday. That did NOT happen! There were 20 rowdy boys in there and my kids did not even get to swim. Extremely disappointed and a total waste of money for this grandma! We spent the night sitting up in our room. Although service and room were very nice.
