Ausgangspunkt Ausflüge Berlin

Wir haben mit 2 Teenagern Berlin erkundet. Die Wohnung in Erkner war ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt, da gute Anbindung S-Bahn. Uns hat es gut gefallen, Ausstattung ist in Ordnung.

Wunderschöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung war groß und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Der Garten mit Obstbäumen und Teich war auch super.Der Eigentümer war super freundlich und hilfsbereit!Bis in den Ort benötigt man ca 15min zu Fuß und findet dort alles was man braucht.Die Umgebung mit Seen und Schleusen lädt zum Erkunden ein.Insgesamt haben wir eine tolle Zeit verbracht

Empfehlung für Familien mit Hund

Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen. Zugverbindung mit der S3 ca. 40 min, mit dem RE1 ca. 20 min bis zum Hauptbahnhof. Lebensmitteldiscounter direkt vor der Tür. Die Zimmer waren großzügig geschnitten. Das Bad war mit Wanne und Dusche gut ausgestattet. Die Küche als Zentrum der Wohnung war für 4 Personen eingerichtet und zweckgemäß ausgestattet. Die Hunde durften in den Garten, dies war für uns sehr angenehm. Fußläufig gab es einen Wald und See, an dem man sehr gut spazieren gehen konnte. Leider vermissten wir einen Staubsauger und einen Besen in der Wohnung. Der Abfluss der Dusche war unzureichend, dadurch lief das Wasser ins Bad. In einem der Schlafzimmer fehlte es an Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten an den Bodentiefen Fenstern und im Bad . Leider konnte man hier auch kein Fenster auf Kipp stellen um nachts frische Luft zu haben. Die Überwachungskamera im Garten war auf das ganze Haus gerichtet, dies ist zwar zweckmäßig, gibt einem aber leider das Gefühl ständiger Beobachtung. Alles in allem haben wir den Aufenthalt genossen und würden die Wohnung wieder buchen und mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen.

Gerne wieder

Die Wohnung liegt super zentral und mit der S-Bahn ist die City von Berlin schnell erreichbar. Daher für die tatsächlichen Touristen geeignet, da im Gegenzug in Erkner am See spazieren gegangen oder auch im Garten relaxt werden kann. Die Wohnung war voll ausgestattet und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war problemlos und jederzeit möglich. Wir werden bestimmt nochmal wiederkommen.

Eine tolle Unterkunft

Wir haben hier unseren ersten Familienurlaub mit unserer Junghündin sehr genossen. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist super. Sie ist ruhig gelegen und trotzdem hat man Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe. Man erreicht den Flakensee in wenigen Minuten fußläufig. Auch für andere Unternehmungen in die Umgebung wie zur Woltersdorfer Schleuse oder zum Müggelsee in Berlin Köpenick ist die Wohnung super gelegen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Wir würden gern noch einmal wiederkommen.

Ein schöner ruhiger Urlaub

Die Wohnung und der Garten sind sehr einladend, und wir haben uns dort zu viert (Eltern + erwachsene Kinder) sehr wohl gefühlt. Ausserdem ist das Haus praktisch gelegen, ganz nah an zwei Seen mit Spaziermöglichkeiten. Wir haben diese schöne Gegend mit Anschluss an Berlin sehr genossen.
