Situated on top of a small hill in a quiet environment, this 600 m² built property on a 5000 m2 of land, offers breathtaking sea views from every angle. It sits within short walking distance of a sandy public beach and several secluded but easily accessible pebble beaches. The shallow-water sandy beach is ideal for young children. Both this beach and the secluded pebble bays are easily reachable on foot or with the complimentary golf cart included with the villa. Built across four floors served by an elevator, the villa boasts 7 bedrooms (including one featuring 4 bunk beds), all with ensuite bathrooms. The layout also includes one additional bathroom, a guest WC, and generous indoor and outdoor living and dining/BBQ areas.The estate can comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests, who will enjoy a large infinity pool, a beautifully landscaped garden, and amazing sunset views. The entire property is beautifully decorated, fully equipped and fully air-conditioned.
