Fully air-conditioned and thoughtfully furnished, the villa also features an office with an inspiring sea view, a BBQ area, landscaped gardens, and is ideal for family getaways, groups of friends, or remote work retreats. Located just 250m from crystal-clear waters and 600m from the family-friendly Lepitsa sandy beach and beachfront restaurant, the villa is perfectly positioned for relaxation, swimming, and water sports in calm, shallow coves.

On the lower level, there are 3 ensuite bedrooms (for 6 guests) with sea-view terraces and a large dormitory-style ensuite room (for 4 guests - children). The ground level offers another living area with a bar, WC, and direct pool access, while a detached guest house includes 2 more ensuite bedrooms.
