With a special atmosphere and abundance of style, this luxurious and spacious six-bedroom villa 400 square meters, which is only 800m. from the sea., is ideal for families or larger groups as it can accommodate up to 14 people.
Contemporary in design with marble flooring throughout, each bedroom affords its own en suite for space and comfort, while there is a n expansive plan living/dining area with a central fireplace. Its six bedrooms, two bathrooms with bath tub, three bathrooms with showers, a large private garden with a 84 square meter swimming pool and a brand new soccer field are just some of its highlights. The picture is completed by the traditional dry stone-clad walls, several terraces surrounded by Mediterranean plants and olive groves, the numerous solarium areas furnished with deck chairs and sun loungers and a charcoal barbecue area with an outside dining area.
The villa also has a team of staff to to take care of guests in complete privacy.

Villa Description
The villa is divided in 3 separate areas to guarantee privacy: the main villa, an independent one bedroom apartment with terrace, and 2 guest rooms with a shared bathroom near the swimming pool. The interiors of the villa are modern and fully air-conditioned (cold or hot, depending on the season). The large living room, open to the sea and swimming pool with large windows, is divided into two relaxation areas, one with a large sofa and balcony, one with a sofa and a large TV, and a dining area, with an open kitchen, table and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with an electric hot plate, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, oven, microwave, dishes, pots, coffee machine and everything you need to prepare your meals.

Description of the units
Main villa (up to 6 guests or 8 guests by placing 2 extra single beds): in the main villa, the three bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, one with a shower and two with bathtubs, large closets and sea view balconies. Your sleep is protected by mosquito nets. There is the possibility of placing 2 extra single beds (a single folding bed and a sofa bed).
Independent apartment (up to 4 guests): it offers a large living area with an open equipped kitchen that opens to a private terrace, and a sleeping area with a double bed, a sofa bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower.
Garden guesthouse (up to 4 guests): two additional bedrooms, with double beds and a shared bathroom with shower, are independently located in the garden guesthouse, close to the villa.
Swimming pool
There is a very large swimming pool, equipped with an original sandy beach shallow area, ideal for children or even adults to cool off, with a water recirculation system with sand filter for your maximum hygiene.
Soccer field
You will have at your disposal a private soccer field on synthetic turf of 420 square meters (30m x 14m), equipped with night lighting.

Near the Villa
In a radius of 3 kilometers from the Villa there is a variety of sandy, rocky and pebble beaches, various restaurants, ferries to and From Athens and a supermarket.

Villa Victory lies within easy reach of a wealth of archaeological sites and the cosmopolitan island of Spetses (only 6 minutes by water taxi).
