The upper level houses the main entrance, opening into a bright, airy space with a large living room featuring an energy-efficient fireplace, an eight-person dining area, a fully equipped main kitchen, and a convenient guest bathroom. The abundance of natural light enhances the breathtaking sea view, making this area perfect for gatherings. Also on this level, a dedicated office with a sofa that converts to a double bed serves as a quiet workspace or additional sleeping area.
