Propreté et entretien moyen, travaux à effectuer à l'intérieur (plancher étage) comme à l'extérieur (volets) Équipements vaisselle insuffisant pour 6 personnes (verres dépareillés, ébréchés...) Environnement magnifique facilement accessible Séjour globalement satisfaisant, nature variée et somptueuse temps beau mais frais et venté

Maison Erquy

Maison agréable mais pas très propre. Le ménage laisse à désirer, poussiéreuse, présence de moisissures un peu partout. Elle sent le renfermé, des travaux à prévoir comme le double vitrage, VMC. Nous avons noté une grosse fissure à l'intérieur dans la cuisine. Dommage car quartier très calme.
