Perfectly situated between the sea, moors and cliffs, this house is the ideal base from which to explore the region's natural riches. Take the famous GR34 footpaths, which run along the coast and offer spectacular views, particularly towards Cap Fréhel.

This family home offers the following facilities:
- A large, friendly living room, furnished with a sofa, armchairs and a dining area that can seat up to 6 people;
- An open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen with sink, induction hob (4 burners), extractor fan, dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, Nespresso Krups coffee machine, juicer, toaster, kettle and a range of accessories (chopping board, utensils, frying pans, saucepans, etc.);
- A first bedroom (PMR standard) with a Queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and a private bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and double washbasin;
- A second bedroom, similar to the first, with a Queen-size bed (160x200cm) and a private shower room: walk-in shower with washbasin;
- A final bedroom with two single beds (80x200cm) and a private shower room: Italian-style shower with washbasin;
- Separate toilet with washbasin.

- Fully equipped terrace with dining table for 6, parasol and sun loungers;
- Private swimming pool available from June to September.
- Parking available on reserved spaces in front of the house.
