This charming 120 mÂČ house in Erquy, less than a kilometre from the beach, can accommodate up to 5 people. It has a lovely 50 mÂČ living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a 350 mÂČ garden. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 50 mÂČ living room with TV, sofas and dining area.
- Open-plan kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Separate WC.
- A utility room.
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 3: single bed.
- Shower room with WC.

For added convenience: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A beautiful 350 mÂČ garden and a terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Erquy, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting, close to the sailors' chapel (a listed monument in Brittany's cultural heritage inventory). You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Es gibt alles, was man benötigt und man hat viel Platz. Die Schlafzimmer haben eine angenehme Grösse, es ist ruhig und komfortabel. Die Lage ist auch toll. Cap Émeraude "Kommen vielleicht einmal wieder - insgesamt zufriedenstellend 🙂 Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr gut. Die Umgebung ist klasse. Spitze StrĂ€nde, klasse Ortschaften, sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Klasse Lokale in der NĂ€he. Der SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergeber war pĂŒnktlich. Das Ferienhaus ist hell, es ist ruhig, und die meisten GerĂ€te haben gut funktioniert und sind ziemlich modern. Dusche ist sehr gut. Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden und der Preis ist auch ok. Vielleicht kommen wir wieder. 🙁 Die Einrichtung könnte insgesamt etwas ""liebevoller"" gestaltet werden (Plastikblumen, wenig Wandschmuck, ...). Der Empfang könnte persönlicher sein - der SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergeber hatte es offenbar sehr eilig und war an keinem GesprĂ€ch mit uns interessiert. Von ihm keinerlei Hinweise ĂŒber SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten, Umgebung etc. - sehr knapp, nur das nötigste gezeigt und weg. Der Grill im Garten ist kurz vorm Zusammenbrechen - habe ihn aber einmal erfolgreich verwendet. Das Beschwerde-Managment arbeitet leider sehr zĂ€hflĂŒssig, weil offenbar zu viele Personen beteiligt sind. Der Trockner war leider kaputt, was ich montags an der vereinbarten Stelle gemeldet habe. Die zustĂ€ndige Person gab es weiter, ich hatte mittwochs dann Kontakt zu zwei weiteren Personen, und es kam dann mittwochs abends noch eine weitere Person um zu schauen (ohne etwas zu reparieren). Die Terminfindung fĂŒr die Reparatur gestaltete sich dann nochmals kompliziert - donnerstags abends war er dann repariert - insgesamt waren fĂŒr mich GesprĂ€che mit fĂŒnf verschiedenen Personen nötig- an vier von sieben Urlaubstagen stand mir der Trockner (ist wichtig in der Bretagne) nicht zur VerfĂŒgung. Das möchte ich im Urlaub nicht - insbesondere wenn ich einen stolzen Preis bezahle. Daher kein ""sehr gut"". Insgesamt kann man das Ferienhaus aber dennoch empfehlen - die positiven Dinge haben doch deutlich ĂŒberwogen."

Keukengerei was niet compleet, de stang van de stofzuiger miste en putjes zaten verstopt door prut. Er waren 4 ligbedden voor buiten maar eentje was stuk. Deze werd later opgehaald door iemand maar niet vervangen."

Les 3 chambres sont Ă  l'Ă©tage, ce qui permet de ne pas dĂ©ranger les autres le soir et le matin. Grande buanderie avec lave linge et sĂšche linge. Dispose d'une TV avec netflix prime etc ainsi que le WiFi. Les personnes que nous avons vu pour l'arrivĂ©e et le dĂ©part Ă©taient trĂšs gentilles et disponibles. Nous avons passĂ© un court sĂ©jour trĂšs agrĂ©able, nous reviendrons! 🙁 Un peu loin de la plage et du port pour des enfants, obligĂ©s de prendre la voiture pour se dĂ©placer"
