Our cottage adjoining our house is built in a farmhouse pink granite country of the 18th century. In a quiet environment, the sea in the country! It's made of :
Ground floor: a large living room / dining room / kitchen, 1 separate bathroom. The Clic clac du RDC is in no way considered as additional sleeping.

FLOOR: one bedroom with double bed, dresser.
a mezzanine bedroom with bunk bed, storage.
a bathroom: shower and bathroom furniture.
The kitchen has a fridge / freezer, an oven, a microwave oven, with 4 gas plates, coffee maker, all crockery and kitchen utensils provided.
The bedding consists of a double bed and a bunk bed, duvets and pillows.
South-facing terrace with garden furniture, barbecue & parasol.
Dryer and washing machine available; 80 cm full HD TV, wifi internet access, electric heating.

Beautiful Erquy

Really enjoyed our time in Erquy, in fact it was the second time we had stayed at this accommodation. Very pleasant owners who do their best to ensure we had a great stay. The area surrounding Erquy is very lovely including some very beautiful beaches. Our kids (three and five) had a great time at the accommodation and playing in the grounds. Local shops are very close (including large Super U), however because the property is set quite far from the road it feels like you are in the middle of country. Highly recommended.

Peace and quiet

Nice location , friendly welcome but there were 3 issues which affected us. 1 On arrival, there was no electricity and we had to wait for the owners to return and re-set the fuse box (hidden from view) We had the same problem again one morning but managed to fix it ourselves. 2 We could not use the microwave as there was no handle to open the door. which the owners were aware of but suggested pressing our fingers in a certain place. It did not work. 3 We found water on the floor of the toilet which we had to mop up and use paper to soak it up. We were told it was probably some sort of leak but nothing was done about it. It was a pity that these issues were not properly addressed and there was no sense of urgency. A good break but it could have been better had these problems been taken seriously.

Un havre de paix

Un des plus beaux séjours que ma famille et moi ayons pu faire depuis longtemps. Les propriétaires sont d’une gentillesse infinie, souriants et disponibles. Ils savent vous recevoir: l’accueil est chaleureux et l’endroit nous devient tout de suite familier. Ils savent également vous conseiller (idées de ballades, plages, activités, restaurants). La maison est exceptionnelle, d’une propreté exemplaire. Entièrement équipée, nous ne manquions de rien. A l’extérieur nous profitions d’un beau jardin avec terrasse, mobilier de jardin et même d’un barbecue: un petit coin de paradis sans aucun vis-à-vis. Nous sommes (très) loin de la cohue estivale, des tours d’hôtels et des bouchons pour y arriver. Nous devions réserver 2 semaines en été mais dès avril, il ne nous restait que la 2eme semaine de juillet. Je vous conseille de réserver le plus tôt possible sans attendre. Bien évidemment nous ne manquerons pas de revenir. Nous remercions chaleureusement Gwenn et Olivier de nous avoir permis de passer d’excellentes vacances.

Nettes Appartment in ruhiger Lage

Das zweistöckige Appartment liegt in einem sehr schön renovierten Steinhaus. Die Vermieter wohnen nebenan. Die Kommunikation war sehr, sehr freundlich. Vielen Dank für den Cidre & das Bier zur Ankunft! Lage ist okay - ein großer Super U ist ums Eck & alles andere ist mit dem Auto gut und schnell zu erreichen. Es ist schön ruhig. Entgegen der Beschreibung kann man nicht zu Fuß zum Strand. Zum Appartment gehört eine nette Essecke vor der Türe & man kann einen Gartenanteil mit Sitzecke und Grill sowie die Waschmaschine der Besitzer nutzen. Die Wohnung selbst ist klein. Es gibt kein Bad - ein WC befindet sich im Untergeschoss, oben gibt es eine Dusche im Flur zwischen Schlafzimmer und der Nische mit einem Kinder- Stockbett. Es ist alles was man braucht vorhanden. Leider hat man bei der kompletten Inneneinrichtung - von den Möbeln, über die Bettwäsche, bis zu den Küchenutensilien, den schon verblühten Blumen & den kaputten Plastikpflanzen- beständig das deutliche Gefühl, dass diese woanders aussortiert wurden. Alles ist etwas schäbig, leicht kaputt, zusammengewürfelt. Nicht alles war ganz sauber. Der Gartenanteil der Gäste ist bei Weitem nicht so schön, wie der der Gastgeber. Ein Zaun war halb verfallen, ein Schlauch lag rum. Das alles trübt das Urlaubsgefühl. Inspiration und Passion fehlen.

Hier konnten wir uns richtig erholen

Der Aufenthalt im Feriendomizil war vom ersten bis zum letzten Ferientag Urlaub im besten Sinne. Wir wurden von den Vermietern sehr freundlich empfangen und haben uns in dem stilvoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus sofort wohlgefühlt. Es war alles da, was man im Urlaub braucht. Besonders gefallen hat uns die ruhige und geschützte Lage im Grünen und die Nähe vieler schöner Strände sowie auch der nahe Ort Erquy. Wir sind oft in der Bretagne gewesen und können sagen, dass wir diese Region besonders lieben gelernt haben. Alles in allem eine sehr gute Empfehlung.

Das Objekt liegt sehr ruhig und zentral. Einrichtung ist einfach, aber vor allem unpraktisch. Kein Besen (Sand vom Strand), ohrenbetäubender Staubsauger, Waschmaschine war für mein Geschmack dreckig und stank, Küche zum Kochen okay. Bei allem das Gefühl, das Nichtmehrbrauchbare des Haushaltes in der Hand zu haben… Nette Besitzer mit zwei Katzen …

Jeder Zeit wieder

Es ist ein hübsches Haus, das zentral gelegen ist. Das Haus selbst liegt sehr ruhig zwischen Feldern und abseits der Straße. Dazu hat es einen großen Garten. Ein Supermarkt und ein Bäcker sind fussläufig erreichbar. Der Strand und das Zentrum des Ortes sind nur 10 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Das Parken ist kostenfrei. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es viel zu entdecken wie Bergseen und das Cap. Die Besitzer des Hauses sind sehr freundlich. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen.
