This charming, tastefully restored three-storey town house is the ideal place to spend your pleasant holiday.

The house is equipped with a touch of modernity while preserving the authenticity of the place, in particular with its original staircase and the remains of an old fireplace in which a modern wood-burning stove is enthroned. The beautiful house is stylishly furnished and offers you and your family a lovely home.

At the back, it opens onto a sheltered little garden where you can relax on the terrace with garden furniture. A second natural area, equipped with deckchairs - garden furniture and barbecue under the trees invites you to relax and for children's games.



A few steps away is the harbour of Erquy, a fishing port where fishermen unload mussels and sell them at auction.

The large, fine sandy beach of Erquy is very lively during the summer season. Mingle with the people and enjoy the hustle and bustle.



Hikers will enjoy walking along the coastline on the customs officers' path, which offers panoramic views along the entire shore.



Erquy, an ideal place to sample seafood and especially scallops. Enjoy your meal!

Très jolie maison de bourg, bien placée, calme

Tres bien située à Erquy, la maison est pratique, joliment restaurée, confortable. Et les propriétaires sont charmants !☺️ Nous espérons revenir l’an prochain et plus profiter du jardin ( la météo n’était pas parfaite cette année)
