The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming house for rent in Escalles, 500 m from the beach, with a surface area of 2,150 sq ft and capacity for up to 8 guests. It comprises a 70 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bathtub) and a garden of around 700 m². Wi-Fi (fiber optic), sheets and towels included. The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 75 m² living room with TV, corner sofa, and dining area
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160x200) and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet
- A separate toilet
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 3: a queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 4: two single beds
- A bathroom with shower
- A bathroom with bathtub
