There was music playing all night and yelling all over the place from other rooms. The bed was so creaky that when you lie down on it, you can hear the rattle of metal. I don't know how it is possible but the doors are very flimsy. Do not feel safe ! Highly not recommended, for the money it is unacceptable !

Nice place to stay. Comfortable bed, long hot shower, nice TV, cool new mini fridge, spa and pool, laundry machines, dog friendly and very clean. Staff was also very courteous and helpful.

Got a room door open at 3am

At 3am on the morning some one open our room door, the door got the little chain inside that's why no one get into the room, my sons and i just woke up and start yelling why you open my room and the guy just ran away. The day after i went to the registration to let them know what's happened and they said probably the room service got confused.

I had a wonderful stay at Escondido Lodge. The manager was welcoming and the housekeeping staff kept the rooms clean. The rooms were comfortable, good Wi-Fi. A great choice for an affordable and pleasant stay in Escondido!

The staff here is very friendly and accommodating. You can tell the rooms have been freshly renovated as well. I would definitely stay here again. It's normally always a reasonable price and if you need to add a night the next day it's normally not an issue. The only complaint I have is that there are children that live on the property and sometimes they can be a little noisy. Other than that it's super solid.
