We paid extra for a Mountain View but got the view of the back of the water slide and gates. Also getting that view means being a FULL MILE from the little “town” on the resort which meant we had to drive everywhere we wanted to go. The jacuzzi tub jets have not been properly cleaned in months so I had to scrub them myself to get the mold out to be able to use the tub. Also, the sales people coming around while trying to relax at the pool is ridiculous. I will say having laundry in unit, full apartment, access to extra items if you call room service, and having multiple pools and activities on site is great (if you get a good room down by them). The gym was very very nice. Pack groceries because there is no food besides on site for at least 20 minutes and most things close at 9:00.

The lack of accountability and transparency to acknowledge a paying customer called about a rodent being seeing inside your suites and no one came and checked is insane, ruined my wife 30th birthday, my 4 month old first vacation , and you can see other similar situations just check the reviews.

Very roomy 3 bedroom unit for our group of 6, 4 adults and 2 children. The kitchen and small laundry appliances were especially helpful with small children. We enjoyed 2 pool areas, both were great for kids with splash pads and water slides. One pool did not have the concession/food building open on Wednesday, the other did on Friday. More consistency on food options would be appreciated. Some of us also enjoyed fishing in the small stocked pond on site. The views and sunsets were spectacular!

Upon arrival I took a shower and noticed the shower drain was not properly draining. It was already 10pm and didn’t know if anything could be done. Next day, I showered again at midnight and now the drain accumulated ankle high water. After showering, there was a sewage smell coming from the sink drain. The following day, we asked the front desk if there was something that could be done. They said they would have the engineer take a look. Within the hour an engineer arrived to the room and found the drain was clogged with hair. It was absolutely disgusting that the bathroom was not properly cleaned before we arrived to the property. We had a busy weekend and arriving to a room that did not have a clean bathroom hindered the experience. Aside from the dirty bathroom, we were given $25 resort credit as part of the package we bought, which we could use at the convenience store, Pizza Hut, or grill. When we tried to use it at the convenience store they said we had to get a physical voucher from the front desk. The front desk said we could charge it to the room and get discounted. Lo and behold, I was charged without the $25 credit. Concierge was friendly. But they were trying to get us to buy a time share. Parking is Limited on the weekends. We had to park down the hill from our hotel room because people would drive up to the pool near our room. On a similar note, you can’t get around the resort without driving.

Clean room. Friendly staff, family friendly pools, play areas and activities. Kitchen is fully stocked and clean. Shame that the sofa had weird stains and there were a couple flies when we entered due to a hole in the balcony screen door.
