The Space Perched atop the rolling hills, the Main Villa serves as the heart of the estate.

The Vibe: Expansive wrap-around decks, a sparkling pool, and a fire table for nights under the stars.

The Capacity: The Main Villa comfortably sleeps 16 guests.

Dining: A chef-ready kitchen and outdoor dining areas make it perfect for sunset feasts using avocados picked right from the grove.

The Guest Cottage (Optional Add-On) For larger groups requiring more space or privacy, our charming Guest Cottage is located on the property (separate from the main house). It features 2 bedrooms (sleeps 4), a full kitchen, and its own laundry.

Private Gatherings & Celebrations We specialize in hosting significant life moments. The estate provides a stunning, photogenic backdrop for family reunions, wellness retreats, and intimate celebrations.

Photography: The grove offers endless photo opportunities that rival the charm of Tuscany.

Privacy: You will have exclusive use of the rented areas.

Guest Access You will have private access to the Main Villa, the pool deck, and the surrounding grounds. The Guest Cottage is accessible only if added to your booking.

Other things to note Gathering Policy: We welcome private gatherings and celebrations! To preserve the tranquility of our neighborhood and ensure a perfect experience, all gatherings involving guests who are not staying overnight must be pre-approved by the host.

Please message us with your details (guest count, type of gathering) before booking.

Supplemental Fees: A Private Estate Fee and additional deposit apply for gatherings exceeding the registered guest count.

Noise and Parking: We are located in a peaceful agricultural community. Quiet hours are strictly enforced outdoors after 10 PM. Parking is limited to designated areas to protect the avocado grove; please inquire about capacity for your specific group.

Guest access
The entire house and surrounding areas including the many expansive decks and pool area are for your exclusive use during your stay.

The guest cottage may be rented separately and is not included in the rental of the main Country Villa house.

Other things to note
We do allow pre-approved events of up to a maximum of 100 people for an extra event fee.

The types of events we allow are intimate gatherings, dinner parties, pool parties, and family celebrations or reunions for example.

EVENTS are allowed under the following conditions:
All events must be pre-approved and authorized via a signed events contract with full payment of event fees and event insurance policy fees received by the host from the guest.

Although our neighbor's houses are far away we require that all guests must act in a respectful manner both at the property and towards the neighbors during the event and must monitor noise levels so as to not be a nuisance to our friendly distant neighbors.

ALL events must end at or before 10pm

This villa offers its guests an outdoor pool. The front desk is open around the clock.

This Escondido villa is smoke free.
