Alles Top, nur nicht sauber!

Wir kommen seit über 20 Jahren nach Bensersiel und sind jedesmal völlig zufrieden, und das unabhängig von Wohnung, Haus oder Saison. Leider wurden wir diesesmal enttäuscht. Bei der Agentur haben wir eine Reinigungspauschale in Höhe von knapp 50€ gezahlt um bei der Ankunft nicht erst noch putzen zu müssen. Leider war diese Wohnung derart Oberflächlich gereinigt, dass man nicht von einer Reinigung, geschweige denn Grundreinigung sprechen kann. In den sogar freien Ecken lagen Staubflusen, auf den Rohren im Badezimmer lag sichtbarer Staub und einiges weitere. Sehr Schade, da die Wohnung wirklich schön war, wir uns aber erst nach einer Grundreinigung unsererseits Wohlfühlen konnten.
