Stayed on a work trip, very comfy and clean rooms with a fantastic pub restaurant. Great staff which made the stay feel very comfortable, alongside great food served at breakfast and dinner. Would stay again next time down in Sandown.

The staff are amazing and make you feel incredibly welcome. Room was nice but unfortunately freezing cold, no heating appeared to be in the room and you could not amend the temperature on the air conditioner unit to warm.
