The two-room apartment is on the second floor of a historic building in the center of Esino Lario. Completely renovated in 2024, it features an open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable sofa bed, a spacious bathroom with shower, and a double bedroom.



A large free parking lot with charging stations for electric cars is just 50 meters from the apartment. On the ground floor, you will find shared spaces, including a laundry room with washing machine and sink, and a storage area for bikes or strollers.



Everything in the village is within easy walking distance: supermarket, pharmacy, playground, bars, and restaurants are nearby. The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests, and a baby cot is available on request. You can also combine it with the LAGO apartment on the first floor of the same building to host up to 8 guests.
