Otel e ilk girişte kız arkadaşımın da 2-3 saat kalacagını söylediğimde ilk başta iki kişilik yaptırmanız lazım rezervenizi deyip zorlaştırcaklar sandım ancak sonradan kolaylık sağladıkları için teşekkür ederim. Sonuçta gece kalınmayan odaya 2-3 saatlik için bir günlük parası ödenmesi kadar saçma bir şey olamaz. Eski bir otel Türk sinemasından karakterlerin resimleri var koridorlarda hoş bir otantik hava katmış ancak Klima kıraathanelerde yıllanmış klimalardan daha eskiydi. Banyo duş alma yeri tabuttan daha küçüktü. Bunlar bir kaç göze batan şeyler onun dışında genel olarak iyiydi. Bir daha kine orada kalmak için düşünürüm. Saygılarımla

The staff are too young and inexperienced. Hotel claimed they had parking, but their "parking lot" was extremely far away from the hotel. You may have to even take a bus back to the hotel depending on your stamina. Rooms are very old and need renovation. Bed linens were not clean enough.

Otel konum itibarıyla güzel bir yerde. Ancak otel için aynı şeyleri söylemek mümkün değil. Kaldığımız oda da klima yoktu. Cam açık yattık ama trafik gürültüsünden uyuyamadık, çocuklar da uyuyamadı. Yatak, yastık vs. sigara kokuyor. Banyolar iyice eskimiş ama temizdi. Otelin otoparkı olduğu söyleniyor ama yok. Otelin 3 sokak ilerisinde bir otopark ile anlaşmışlar. Aracınızı oraya kendiniz götürülerek bırakıyorsunuz, vale hizmeti de yok. Araçtan birşey lazım olduğunda 3 sokak yürümek zorundasınız. Otel yönetimi bu eleştirilerimi müspet yönde değerlendirip gereğini yapar umarım. Yoksa ciddi müşteri kaybederler. Ödediğimiz parayı hak etmediğini düşünüyorum. Dolayısıyla Eskişehir'e gidecek misafirlere bu oteli tavsiye etmiyorum...

Ailem için burada rezervasyon yaptım. Öncelikle konumu gayet iyi bu konuda doğru tercih. Tek kriteriniz buysa burada kalabilirsiniz. Ancak otopark konusunda ve otelin temizliği konusunda ailem sorun yaşadı. Araçlar için bir kart vererek otoparka gönderiyorlar. Temizlik görevlileri otopark kartını kaybettikleri için ailem otoparkla sorun yaşadı. Otel, sorunu çözeceğini söyleyip daha sonra siz zaten uygun fiyata kalıyorsunuz otopark ödemesi yapamayız gibi cümleler kurarak ilk başta sorunu çözmeye yanaşmamislar. Kısaca bu otele böyle amatörce sorunlara yaklaşım yakışmıyor. Otel tarafından ücretsiz sağlandığı söylenen bir hizmet için hiçbir müşteri otopark ile tartışmak ya da bu ücretsiz hizmeti parayla almak zorunda değildir. Eğer otopark ile bir anlaşma yapılmışsa müşterilerin yaşadığı sorunları bu hizmeti veren otel yönetimi çözmek zorundadır. Bir daha ne ben kalırım ne tanidığım birine tavsiye ederim. Arabası olan kalmasın.

1.Otel telefonlarını açmıyor. (Saatlerce denememe rağmen) 2.Kahvaltı vasat (sadece büfeye koymuşlar, eksik vs takip edilmiyor, ilgisizler) 3.Odalarda eksikler var. (Havlu, kulak çubuğu vs.) 4.Asansör bir gün boyunca arızalı idi. Yapılmadı.

Kesinlikle tekrar tercih etmem.

Vale hizmeti yok. Anlaşmalı otopark uzak. odalar sigara ve yerdeki halıfleks kaynaklı toz kokuyor. Duslarda el sabunlugu tip acik sampuan var. Hijyenik degil. Kahvaltı kötüydü. 9 da kahvaltıda olmamıza rağmen bazı çeşitler ve su bile bitmişti. Hazir ambalajli piknik tipi kahvatiliklar sunuluyor. Resepsiyon personeli ilgili davranıyor. Merkezi konumu nispeten avantaj sayılır. Ancak aynı konumda bir çok otel bulunmakta.
