​Excellent stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and the breakfast was great. Our room was spacious, clean, and filled with natural light. During our four-day stay, the room was cleaned daily, and they consistently refilled the bottled water and 3-in-1 coffee packets. ​The Wi-Fi was powerful, the shower had great water pressure, and the heaters (one by the window and another in the bathroom) kept us very warm. The only weakness was the poor soundproofing.

It was not a great stay. We stayed in business room, but i haven't noticed a feature of it. Bath cabin was leaking water, and night lamb was not working. However, their parking service was near the hotel where at the heart of the city. That was perfect.

Wasted several hours complaining about broken air conditioner during 32 degree temperature. Staff promised to have it fixed but lied. Had to open window during the night and could mot sleep due to trams, trucks and dogs barking. Mosquetos also were in the room and stopped us from sleeping. Very poor service. Avoid. The only positive was a member of room service who was the only one who spoke great English and helped is seperating the beds as even thos was not done even though i requested this 2 days before!!!

İkinci konaklamamız ilk konaklamımzda sorun yaşamamıştık. Oda ısısı yetersiz çok soğuktu. Banyosu bakımsız ve her yerinden su çıkıyordu. Duşa kabinin altından banyo kısmına su geçip göl oldu. İki yatağı birleştirip çift kişilik yapmışlar konforsuzdu. Gece 1 de tadilat yapıyorlardı. Asansörün sesinden ve mobilya taşınma sesinden zor uyuduk. Tek artı yanı fiyat olarak uygun olması.

klima çalışmıyordu ancak petekler açıktı. etraf gayet temizdi çarşaflar tertemizdi ve oda asla sigara kokmuyordu. banyo da temiz ancak eski bir banyoydu. tek sorunumuz gece aşırı yağmur yağdığı için duman dedektöründen su sızdı ancak bize bir zararı olmadı onu da çözüme kavuşturdular. saha dikkatli olunabilir onun haricinde konumu ve hizmet açısından gayet memnun kaldık. fiyatına göre çok rahat ettiğimiz bir odaydı. bizim odamız diğer odalara uzaktı o yüzden ses sıkıntısı yaşamadık ancak asansör kenarındaki karşılıklı 1-2 odadan çok fazla ses dışarı çıkıyordu koridor onların sesiyle yankılanıyordu. bize sorun olmadı ama kalacak olduğunuz odaya göre değişkenlik gösterebilir
