Provencal house with direct access to lake and private pool

This Provencal house, decorated in a romantic atmosphere, situated at a quiet location, with views and private access through the large garden to the lake “Le Verdon”, perfect for swimming, fishing or other watersports. The garden of approximately 2 ha consists entirely of unspoiled nature and several terraces, where you can enjoy a breathtaking view. Next to the main house you will find a fully equipped guesthouse and an outdoor kitchen with a large dining table, where you can enjoy dinner in the evening, prepared with local products from the market, while listening to your own music via the present Sonos system. The swimming pool is ready from mid-May, but is not heated.

Leï Roucas is the starting point for many excursions. Esparron-de-Verdon is a typical Provencal village, located at the entrance of the Gorges du Verdon. The castle, the picturesque old houses and the cozy terraces where you can enjoy the lake, where various water sports activities can be done. Take a canoe and explore the gorge where the beautiful nature dominates. At about 30 km lies the authentic village of Moustiers-Sainte-Marie, ranked among the most beautiful villages in France, located in the Parc Naturel Régional du Verdon. If you want to admire the beautiful colors of the lavender in spring, take the Lavender route on the Valensole to discover scents.

In the immediate vicinity are beautiful hike, walking and cycling routes to spectacular locations. There are canoes, pedal boats, surfboards and electric boats for rent in the harbor, less than 15 minutes walk from the house (or 5 minutes by car). In Gréoux les Bains (20 min by car) there is a spectacular climbing park for small and large children.
