This family house, typical of the region, used to be the old village school. Inside, you will appreciate the bright, spacious and comfortable rooms, not forgetting the reversible air conditioning which is essential in hot weather. Its terrace will also be very appreciated for having a good breakfast! In Espère, you will find a supermarket and in its neighbouring village, Mercuès, all the amenities (bakery, butcher's shop, bar-tabac, pizzeria, bank, post office, doctor, pharmacy). Don't hesitate to discover the richness of the surrounding area with its culture, gastronomy, landscapes, tourist sites as well as the vineyards and their famous castles: the castle of Lagrézette (3.5 km), the castle of Cayx (9.5 km) (property of the Danish royal family) or the castle of Mercuès, also famous for its gastronomic table. House accessible by a few steps on 3 levels. First floor: 17 m² terrace with garden furniture and parasol, entrance hall, living room with sofa, television, wifi access, wood stove, dining room and fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 1 single bed), bathroom with Italian shower, bathtub and double washbasin and separate toilet. On the 2nd floor: 3 bedrooms with sloping ceilings (1 double bed, 1 single bed and 2 single beds), shower room with multi-jet shower and double washbasin, separate WC, mezzanine area with sofa, bookcase and storage space. Reversible air conditioning in the living room, the relaxation area, in 2 bedrooms and in the corridors. On the ground floor: 50 m² garage for 2 cars, cellar with private washing machine and clotheslines, 200 m² enclosed castiné garden with garden furniture and a combined barbecue / gas plancha. Pets are welcome here!
