This detached house is an old restored mill on the edge of the village and the Virlange stream. In a calm and pleasant environment, you will enjoy the terrace (50 m²) and the walled but not enclosed land (150 m²).

Near Saugues (8.5 km): all outdoor activities (swimming in an ecological lake, mountain biking, fishing, hiking), museum of the beast of Gévaudan, English tower, weekly market, all shops and services, festivals and festivals in summer. Ground floor (recently enlarged and made accessible to people with reduced mobility): large living room-kitchen with lounge area (flat screen TV, wood stove), shower room with walk-in shower, WC, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), laundry room with a freezer and an additional refrigerator.

1st floor: 2 bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 single bunk beds), shower room, WC.

Services included in the rental price:
- Baby equipment on request: travel cot, high chair.
- Wood for the stove provided free of charge.

Additional services to be subscribed to when booking or on site with the owner:
- Cleaning fee: €50 (an equivalent deposit will be required)

Un super gîte !

Le gîte est très beau. Il est bien aménagé et il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour le quotidien. Les alentours sont magnifiques, il est facile de faire de petites promenades sans prendre la voiture. Et il y a de nombreuses activités à faire, notamment avec des enfants, dans un périmètre de 45 km Pour finir, la propriétaire est très sympathique et arrangeante sur les horaires d'arrivée et de départ.
