This detached house is a restored former mill on the edge of the village and the Virlange stream. In a peaceful and pleasant setting, you can enjoy the terrace (50 m²) and the walled but unfenced garden (150 m²).

Near Saugues (8.5 km): all kinds of outdoor activities (swimming in an ecological lake, mountain biking, fishing, hiking), the Beast of Gévaudan Museum, the English Tower, a weekly market, all shops and services, and festivals in the summer. Access to the accommodation is directly from the courtyard. The ground floor is entirely on one level and accessible to people with reduced mobility. It comprises a large living room with an open-plan kitchen, including a lounge area (flat-screen TV) and a relaxation area around the wood-burning stove, a shower room with a walk-in shower, a toilet, a bedroom (1 double bed), and a utility room equipped with a freezer and an additional refrigerator.

On the first floor: two bedrooms (each with a double bed), a shower room, and a toilet. Bunk beds (two single beds) are also available as extra sleeping space in one of the bedrooms.

On the second floor, a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) offers a quiet and private sleeping area.

From Le Puy, head towards SAUGUES (D589). In Saugues, follow direction Grandrieu then Esplantas and follow Chanaleilles. In the village of La Brugère, turn left, cross a bridge then turn immediately left after the bridge (dead end).
