This inviting 2-bedroom, 80 m² ground-floor apartment is the perfect choice for a comfortable and relaxing city getaway.
The bright open-plan design connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas, creating a pleasant and functional space to unwind. The living room offers a cosy seating area ideal for relaxing after a day out, watching TV, or enjoying meals together at the dining table.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need during your stay, including cookware, stovetop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. A washing machine is also available for your convenience.
The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed, air conditioning, generous storage space, and a private en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds, air conditioning, and a wardrobe, making it ideal for family or friends.
A second bathroom, located in the hallway, is fitted with a shower and includes fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your comfort.
Step outside onto the pleasant balcony, perfect for enjoying the sunshine or preparing a meal on the barbecue. Guests also have access to excellent shared facilities within the condominium, including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a fully equipped gym, and a children's playground. The beautiful beaches are just a short stroll away, offering the ideal balance between relaxation and seaside living.
Please note that wearing a swimming cap is mandatory when using the indoor pool.
The apartment will be professionally cleaned before your arrival.

A bright and comfortable apartment in Apúlia, just steps from the beautiful sandy beaches and scenic Atlantic coastline. Guests can enjoy the famous Apúlia windmills, seaside promenades, fresh seafood restaurants, and relaxing beach walks. Close to Ofir Beach and within easy reach of Esposende and Porto, it’s a perfect base for a peaceful coastal getaway in northern Portugal.
The property is easily accessible by car, although no public transportation is nearby. There is private parking in the building.
Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 30-minute drive from the property.
Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
