This delightful 70 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this relaxing city. Part of the “Lot. Lirios” resort, this modern house is totally equipped with everything you need to feel at home during the perfect city getaway.

It is designed with vibrant living and kitchen areas. The living space features a lovely sitting area where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city.

The open-concept kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socialising and includes essential cookware and cutlery for delicious meals.

Two beautiful bedrooms, modernly decorated with a queen bed and multiple storage spaces.

A shared bathroom with all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Outside, guests can enjoy the beautiful gardens, swimming pool, and tennis court. A garage inside the resort provides free parking.

Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

There is an indoor pool, and a swimming cap is mandatory.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Fão’s long, golden beach is framed by rolling dunes and fragrant pine groves, creating a serene spot for sunbathing, kite‑surfing, or leisurely coastal walks. A sleek metal footbridge arches over the estuary, offering picturesque views at dawn and dusk, while the gently flowing waters invite paddleboarding and boat rides amid flocks of wading birds.

You’ll find charming 18th‑century architecture in town alongside family‑run seafood taverns serving the day’s freshest catch and regional specialities like sarrabulho. Quaint artisan shops, riverside cafés, and winding trails through the nearby Cávado valley make it easy to fill your days with cultural discoveries and outdoor adventures—whether exploring on two wheels, on foot, or from the water.

The property is easily accessible by car.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 30-minute drive from the property.

Your check will be arranged with a greeter at the property.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included).
