This stunning duplex apartment features two terraces and is set within an exclusive gated condominium with a shared garage, pool and gym. Decorated in detail to provide comfort, this accommodation has everything you need to feel at home and is the perfect starting point to explore Esposende and the North of Portugal!

Ideal for families or groups, this accommodation is spread over two floors. The lower floor features a bright open-plan living area with the kitchen and dining zone. The living room is equipped with a spacious sofa with chaise longue, perfect for relaxing and watching TV after a day of sightseeing. It also has direct access to a terrace with a barbecue and wonderful views, allowing the entire space to be bathed in natural light.

The elegant kitchen is fully equipped and ideal for preparing all daily meals. In addition to crockery and essential utensils, it features a kettle, coffee machine, microwave, oven, induction hob and other equipment to help you in your day-to-day life.

The lower floor also has two bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom, and a full bathroom.

Heading up to the second floor, you will find a harmonious living room with a kitchenette and dining table, a bedroom and a full bathroom. The third bedroom offers a very welcoming atmosphere, highlighted by its skylight window.

Just a few minutes away, you will find the famous Apúlia Beach, a vast stretch of sand flanked by its iconic windmills and natural dunes. It is the perfect place to lay your towel, take a refreshing dip or enjoy long walks along the wooden boardwalks at sunset. The area is also a true gastronomic paradise, surrounded by excellent restaurants where you can savour the best fresh fish and seafood in the region.

Beyond the vibrant seaside life, the location is incredibly convenient for exploring local highlights. A short drive (around 10 minutes) takes you to the charming city centre of Esposende, where the Cávado river meets the sea. Here you can enjoy a lively riverside promenade, diverse local shops and explore the stunning landscapes of the Parque Natural do Litoral Norte. Nearby villages of great beauty, such as the picturesque village of Fão and the Ofir area (famous for its pine forests and beaches), are also right next door.

As a strategic base for discovering Portugal's great tourist gems, this address is absolutely exceptional, thanks to quick and direct access to the main roads (A28). A short drive of around 30 minutes north takes you to the cultural richness and panoramic views of the Sanctuary of Santa Luzia, in the beautiful city of Viana do Castelo. Heading south, less than 40 minutes away, you will immerse yourself in the cosmopolitan energy and grandeur of Porto's Historic Centre. And if you wish to plan a fantastic day trip, the romantic city of Aveiro — known as the 'Venice of Portugal' due to its picturesque canals and moliceiros — is an easy and direct journey away, completing the perfect itinerary!

The property is located in Apúlia, a picturesque coastal village in northern Portugal, with good transport options to the surrounding area.

The Arriva Norte bus network serves the region, with connections to the nearby cities of Esposende (around 10 minutes) and Barcelos (around 20 minutes). The nearest bus stop is a short walk from the property.

Local taxis and TVDE vehicles (Uber, Bolt) are available in the area for more comfortable journeys.

Francisco Sá Carneiro International Airport (OPO), in Porto, is approximately 45 to 50 minutes by car (around 50 km), making it the most convenient way to reach the airport.

This is a self-check-in property and you will be asked to verify your identity before being able to check in to the apartment (15:00).

We ask all guests to fill in a registration form that will be sent after the booking confirmation, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200 EUR.

Please note that for stays of more than 30 nights, a fair use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80 included.

For the first days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up liquid and a bin bag.

Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door opening service).
Extra cleaning: price of a cleaning fee.
Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
