Service

Pros: Kann ich nicht sagen, da wir in ein anderes Haus verlegt wurden
Cons: Personalschulung bei einzelnen Mitarbeitern intensivieren oder aber diese auswechseln
Location: Nur eine Uebernachtung, nahe an der Innenstadt
Bei der Ankunft im Hotel (nach 800km Autofahrt) sollten wir ein Doppelzimmer beziehen (gebucht 2 Einzelzimmer) Auf unseren Hinweis dass wir Einzelzimmer gebucht hätten, wurde uns gesagt, es mit dem Buchungsportal Probleme gegeben habe. Als Upgrade könnten wir zwei bessere Einzelzimmer im Petul Apart Hotel City Garden beziehen. Allerdings werde da kein Frühstück angeboten, dafür müssten wir dann wieder ins Petul Hotel "An der Zeche" kommen. Im Petul Apart Hotel City Garden angekommen wurde uns die Türe per Gegensprechanlage geöffnet. Wir begaben und zum Schlüsselboard. Per Telefon wurde uns der eine Schlüsselcode für die Buchung "Büchi" mitgeteilt. Auf den Hinweis , dass wir 2 Zimmer hätten wurde der Herr am Telefon ziemlich ungehalten (frech?) und hat das verneint. Auf den Hinweis, dass es eventuell auf den Namen meines Reisepartners gebucht sei wurde uns beschieden das sein Name nicht bekannt sei. Wir waren ja kaum 10Minuten vorher an der Rezeption und haben bei der übrigens netten Dame die Anmeldeformulare ausgefüllt (Der Herr am Telefon sass daneben!!!!) Auf den Hinweis er solle doch seine neben ihm sitzende Kollegin fragen, beschied er und dass sie beschäftigt sei. Nach einigem Hin und Her, wir mussten etwas lauter und energischer werden, haben wir dann auch den zweiten Schlüsselcode bekommen.
