Are you looking for an apartment in the city center? Would you like to be at the University of Duisburg-Essen, Limbecker Platz, HBF and Messe-Essen at the same time? Do you enjoy breakfast with a view of the Essen skyline?
This private apartment is located on the seventh floor of an elegantly renovated house, 500m from the main campus of the University of Duisburg-Essen. Located on the northern edge of the city center, you live centrally, comfortably and with an incredible view to the city center of Essen.
Your accommodation is equipped with a luxurious king-size box spring bed (180 x 200 cm), wardrobe, 46 inch smart TV (access to Netflix included), desk / bar table (wonderful view while eating), free WiFi, a comfortable couch as well as a variety of plants.
The bathroom has modern, large tiles and natural stone floor tiles. The bathroom contains a hairdryer, 2 pairs of large and small towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and soap as well as toilet paper and hygiene bags.
In the kitchen you will find a microwave with grill function, a coffee machine, a kettle and a basic set of dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, as well as all kinds of spices and things of everyday life.
At the house entrance (left) there is a key safe so that you can check in at any time.

Das Gebäude, Fahrstuhl und der Flur wirken alt und teilweise unbehaglich. Die Wohnung lädt ein und ist sauber und gemütlich.
