Great staff

The hotel is clean and all the things you'd expect. The reception staff were brilliant - really, several cuts above what you'd expect in the average hotel. We had several good and helpful conversations in both English and German

Staff was friendly in an efficient sense. However, we were directed to parking (paid) that was inconvenient for moving our luggage on a luggage cart over a long path with gravel and grass (we are in our 70s) and no one thought to offer help.

This hotel was in a great location with easy parking, either on the street for free or in the hotel car park for a charge. Our room was quiet and spacious, staff were helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend.

All was fine. Minor problem was Wifi could not be connected to through your Log-in page. We expected to have a bath, but ended up in a Disabled centric wet room with a shower - not a real problem

Excellent modern hotel

I stayed here whilst visiting a customer in Bochum. The hotel is very modern and extremely clean. At first the area around the hotel looks poor but it is actually quite nice. The rooms were excellent with comfortable beds plenty of space and a great walk in shower. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of items and really nice fresh rolls and croissants.

Excellent hotel for the price

Really couldn't fault this place.Having already stayed in a number of Holiday Inns on our trip, which were very nice we found this place to be even better. Well located, clean and comfortable with very friendly and helpful staff. Very good buffet style breakfast, with hot and cold choices. When we went out for dinner they even had umbrellas to loan to us. Stayed 12 Aug 2014
