Best place to be!!!

Great central location, property on the beach, around many great restaurants. Small shop/coffee shop in the building just great place. Flat itself spacious, 2-bed, 2-bath (shower room and bathroom) kitchen and living. Two balconies both with see view. Building has two swimming pools. All facilities that you could potentially need is there. We also had a car as flat has underground car park it was super handy. Probably best holiday flat I ever stayed in. I would rate it 10/10!!!

Sehr empfehlenswert, um Estepona zu genießen

Voll ausgestattete Wohnung, sehr komfortabel für die ganze Familie. Sie verfügt über 2 verglaste Balkone, von denen einer von der Suite aus zugänglich ist, die auch über ein separates Bad und große Einbauschränke verfügt. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, wir haben nichts vermisst. Es war sehr einfach, dorthin zu gelangen. Es verfügt über einen geschlossenen Privatparkplatz im selben Gebäude, der mit einem Aufzug erreichbar ist. Direkter Zugang zum Strand von Cristo vom Garten der Anlage aus.

El apartamento está bastante bien, cuidado y la cocina está bastante nueva y bien equipada. Las zonas comunes son bonitas y están muy cuidadas. El acceso a la playa es muy cómodo y las vistas son muy bonitas. El colchón de la cama grande es bueno y cómodo, aunque las almohadas son bastante mejorables. Las camas pequeñas hacen mucho ruido, lo q es incómodo a la hora de dormir, y las almohadas tampoco son una maravilla. En general el apartamento es muy recomendable.

Buen alojamiento si no fuera por las obras

En el anuncio ponía que había una obra a 30 m. Cuando en realidad era a menos de 10 metros , por lo q el ruido , incluso con todo cerrado , a las 8 de la mañana era muy molesto. Además las vistas de las fotos publicadas no se correspondían con la realidad . Por lo demás , la casa estaba muy bien acondicionada , la ubicación estupenda. Recomendable si no fuera por la obra . El precio excesivamente alto , dadas las condiciones actuales .

Localización inmejorable.

El apartamento está muy bien situado en primera línea de la playa del Cristo, limpio, con suficiente menaje, igual que aparece en el anuncio, con garaje, piscina y aire acondicionado. Lo peor la obra que hay en el solar de al lado por la cantidad de polvo y ruido que hace, las camas de la habitación doble que suenan cada vez que te mueves y la persiana de la habitación de matrimonio que estaba rota y no la hemos podido bajar.

Appartement op een mooie locatie met schitterend uitzicht op Playa el Cristo, Ruim, netjes en volledig ingericht appartement, echter heeft de grote slaapkamer een kapotte rolluik (die op het balkon staat) en geen vervangende zonwering zoals donkere gordijnen of iets dergelijks.

Estupenda localización.

La vivienda está muy bien localizada en primera línea de la Playa de la Cruz, está igual que en el anuncio, tiene Wifi, aire acondicionado garaje y piscina, menaje suficiente. Se encuentra limpia. Lo peor una obra en el solar contiguo, que produce mucho polvo y ruido. La persiana de la habitación de matrimonio estaba rota y no se podía bajar y las camas de la otra habitación hacían mucho ruido.

La casa era igual que las fotos, al lado de la playa y con todo lo necesario para pasar en ella unas vacaciones. Lo único que la mampara del baño pequeño estaba rota. La urbanización un poco descuidada.

Buen apartamento

El único problema es que están construyendo al lado y a las 8 de la mañana te tienes que levantar del ruido. Hasta dentro de dos años no se puede volver al mismo.
