A fantastic ground floor apartment "Avalon", well furnished in the quiet urbanization of Costalita between Estepona and San Pedro. The apartment has a beautiful covered terrace with direct access to the pool and gardens. The beach is 2 minutes walk from the apartment with a variety of beach bars, restaurants, beach club and the Villa Padierna Tennis/Padel Club is just around the corner. Across the main road is the small Spanish village of Cancelada with a great selection of restaurants and bars.

The apartment is fully furnished to a very high standard and sleeps 4. A brand new air conditioning / heating system was installed in the summer of 2019. The apartment has private WIFI throughout the property and international TV channels, a fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine and a utility room with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. There is 1 double bedroom with a king size bed and en suite bathroom, the second bedroom has twin single beds and alongside it is the guest bathroom with a walk in shower. The comfortable living and dining room is open plan with double sliding doors to the terrace and out to the garden and pool.

The beach is 2 minutes walk from the apartment with a variety of beach bars, restaurants, beach club and the Villa Padierna Tennis/Padel Club is just around the corner. Across the main road you will find the small Spanish village of Cancelada with a great selection of restaurants and bars for a truly spanish experience. Also within walking distance are shops, supermarkets, banks and a wide variety of restaurants to suit all tastes and price ranges.

The local bus 79 can help you to explore further afield taking you to Estepona and Marbella and all stops between. The main A7 minutes away giving great access to the coastal towns and villages.
