Meet Estepona, a typical village on the beautiful Andalusian coast! Welcome to our spacious, bright and completely new apartment which is centrally located in Estepona with a 10 min. walk to the beach! The apartment has a rooftop with a pool and great views. It is perfect for both business and holidays with families or friends as it has all the necessary comforts for a complete and pleasant stay. The apartment is spacious and beautifully decorated which gives you a true holiday feeling. It has 3 bedrooms (up to 8 persons), 2 bathrooms (incl. bath), a living room with dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a large terrace/balcony. The master bedroom has a double bed with en-suite bathroom and direct access to the large terrace. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has 2 bunk beds. There is Free WIFI, hot/cold air conditioning in every room, flat screen TV, swimming pool and a private garage space which is included. There is also a washing and drying machine, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and hairdryer. The apartment is located on the 4th floor and the building has an elevator. You have your own private parking space where you can park your car safely and both the entrance and apartment is wheelchair friendly. Malaga and Gibraltar airport are only half an hour away.
