Semi-detached house on the beach of El Saladillo (Estepona). Beautiful garden with direct access to the promenade and the beach. Unbeatable sea views.
Capacity for 6 people. 3 large bedrooms (2 en-suite bedrooms, sea facing and with a private terrace), 3 bathrooms and 1 toilet.
In the basement, 1 parking lot for 2 cars (one large and one small).
The house layout:
-Ground floor: kitchen, toilet, living-dining room (smart TV, and work desk space) with direct access to a 3 m2 porch, a 14 m2 terrace and a 14 m2 garden. Barbecue. Direct access to the beach, for sunbathing, bathing or practicing sea sports.
-1st floor: 1 bedroom with double bed en suite (bathtub) with private covered terrace of 8 m2 with direct views of the sea. 1 double bedroom (2 single beds of 90 cm) next to a bathroom (shower).
-2nd floor: 1 bedroom with double bed en suite (shower) with open solarium-type terrace of 17 m2, hammocks, hose to cool off. This terrace has a lot of privacy, and the sea views are spectacular.

The living-dining room on the ground floor and the 2 bedrooms on the first floor have air conditioning and heating through ceiling ducts. The en-suite bedroom on the upper floor has air conditioning and heating through a split system, and its temperature is regulated with a remote control. The entire air conditioning and heating system of the house is regularly checked by a professional technician, and works perfectly. In addition, the house has blankets for the winter.
