Well located apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one en suite), dining room for 4 people, and a fully equipped kitchen. Terrace with views to the gardens, street and sea.
Smart TV, WIFI included in the price. Gated urbanization with two pools, gardens. Access for disabled. The pools have lifeguards in attendance during the summer season. Free parking right outside the apartment.
Supermarket, pharmacy, and fitness center close by. Located 600 meters to Estepona marina, a lively port with all kinds of bars and restaurants. On either side the blue flag beaches La Rada and Del Cristo.
There are numerous golf courses within easy driving distance. After lovely 20-minutes’ walk to Estepona town center, you will find all kind of services, shops, and restaurants. The distance to Malaga airport is 80 km.

We were met at the property by the friendly agent who showed us around. The apartment was very clean and tidy and in good condition. Well equipped fir cooking if you need to. Lovely views of the gardens and sea from the balcony. Easy parking with a lift. Lots of good restaurants in the area and supermarkets close by.

Great apartment in great location.

Port, supermarket, beach, centre and old town all nice walking distances.Lovely apartment. Sun on the terrace from first thing through to late afternoon but can also find some shade if required. Sea view is lovely.Well managed and has everything you need.There is a short but steep walk to apartment. block.
