Las Nayades is a gated beachside complex second line beach in the urbanisation Gudalmansa comprising of luxury apartments and penthouses with beautiful tropical gardens with an outdoor swimming pool, kids splash pool, a heated indoor pool, spa, gym, sauna & 24hr security; located 8 kms east of Estepona close to the famous Tikitano beach bar restaurant on the New Golden Mile a stretch of the Costa del Sol between San Pedro de Alcantara and Estepona.

The Space:
The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 1 bathroom en-suite and 1 guest bathroom with access for guests. It has a generously sized living /dining area with a separate kitchen. The living room lead out to the terrace with a beautiful views over the pool, garden and the ocean.
Guest Access:
While staying with us you can make use of all of the pool, indoor pool, gym and sauna. In addition, you have acces to the parking place in garage underneath the apartment.
The Neighborhood:
The neighbourhood of this accommodation is friendly and the vibe can be described as pleasant. The accommodation is located in the gated community with 24/7 security. The surroundings makes it a popular place to go on holiday. Beaches, beach bars and luxurious beach-clubs are located on walking distance or a short drive. The shopping-mall La Cañada is reachable by car within 17 minutes and a taxi ride home from Puerto Banús to the apartment will take about 7 minutes. Estepona is located around 6 minutes away as well.
Getting Around:
Most people who are visiting Marbella are using a car to get around. Marbella has a lot of variation. See below for some recommendations:
- Puerto Banus: shopping, nightlife, cinema, harbor, many bars and restaurants : 10 minutes away.
- Estepona: Shopping, restaurants, beach: 6 minutes away.
- Marbella: old town, shopping, beach, many bars and restaurants: 20 minutes away.
- Fuengirola: shopping center, beach, water park: 45 minutes away.
- Golf Courses: many options within 10 minutes.
- Gibraltar: beautiful island: 60 minutes away.
- Ronda: 60 minutes away.
- Supermarket: (Mercadona, Lidl, Aldi) 5 minutes away.
- Taxi Benahavis: please send a message.
- Car hire: Please send a message.
- Busstop in front of the accommodation.
Other Things to Note:
1. When booking with us you agree to follow our check-in and check-out times.
2. Our guest will be provided with our Guest Application. All information will be visible in the application. As a guest we expect you to review all information accordingly.
3. When checking out later than the agreed check-out time, we reserve the right to keep your security deposit.
4. Our check-in and check-out times are subject to availability. The check-in time starts at 17:00h and ends at 20:00h. If you wish to check-in later, please request a late personal check-in. Additional fee of €25,00 is applicable.
5.You can use our services during your stay. We can arrange extra towels or a cleaning service.
6. Your reservation may be altered up to 21 days before your confirmed check-in date. After this period your alteration request is subject to review and can be denied by the host.
7. Never leave a key inside the front door lock when you're leaving the accommodation, in this case it's not possible to open the door from outside. The costs of hiring a locksmith is for your own account.
8. The indoor pool is closed during summer.
9. Because of the water shortage in Andalucia, it is not allowed to refill swimming pools. For this reason, they might be forced to close the pools. Sorry for the inconvenience.

11. The entree of the complex will be renovated from the 14 th of September until the end of October 2025.
TEMPORARY: A general nighttime reduction in water pressure is to be implemented across the western Costa del Sol from 21 February to comply with a reduced limit of 160 litres per inhabitant per day as set by the regional drought committee. The cuts, which will be in place from midnight until 6am - with the exception of Saturdays. The regulation issued by the Junta de Andalucía also enables the imposition of penalties on those users who consume excessively, irresponsibly and unscrupulously, given the shortage situation.
