Charming 110 m2 flat with a large terrace for maximum enjoyment. Two bedrooms (one double bed and one double bed + one single bed), two bathrooms. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room. Everything you need for a wonderful stay with family or friends. The flat is superbly equipped, very bright and has a beautiful sea view.

The flat has a large living room, a dining room for 6 people and the kitchen is equipped with a large table for 5 people. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room. The 20 m2 terrace can seat up to 6 people. It faces south and has magnificent sea views.

Bed linen, bath and beach towels are included in the rental price. The charges also cover end-of-stay cleaning.

Guests have access to the entire flat. The flat is 110m2 and the terrace is 20m2.
Tenants also have access to the communal swimming pool, which is family-friendly and surrounded by a small garden with sun loungers available.

This is a very quiet residential area. 2 km as the crow flies from the sea. There are many beautiful beaches: Estepona, Naguiles, Marbella ... It is necessary to use the car.
There is a footpath from the neighbourhood to the beach. A 10-minute walk will take you to the promenade along the sea. Along this promenade there are beach bars and restaurants serving delicious grilled meats. You can also hire bicycles in Estepona or San Pedro de Alcantara to ride along the seafront. The path is completely isolated from the road.
Our flat is in the Vista Golf residence in the Selwo district. You can visit many towns and villages: Malaga, Mijas, Benalmadena, Fuengirola, Torremollinos, Estepona, Marbella and Puerto Banus, Gibraltar, San Roque and Sotogrande, Casares, Gaudin, Ubrique, Tarifa, Cadiz, Jerez de la Frontera, ...

Manager Jamila was very welcoming and always available for any queries. The apartment is spacious and light with the many utensils! Improvements - sewage and cigarette odours frequently experienced; due to the poor weather we needed to use the TV which was challenging and we were restricted to using YouTube.
