In a sunny position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 25 m from the sea, 25 m from the beach, direct access to the beach, south facing position. Private: garden. In the complex: restaurant, sauna (extra). Fitness room (extra). Massage (extra). (all extra). Restaurant 200 m, bus stop 400 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied. The communal swimming pool, community pool and sauna are located in the Gran Hotel Elba, which is 200 metres from the flat.
