A two bedroom, one bathroom penthouse in Estepona with huge terrace and sea views.
In the Seghers, penthouse on the sixth floor with a lift.
It consists of a large living room, fully fitted kitchen, master bedroom, second bedroom and shower room Italian style.

Estepona on the western Costa del Sol in the southern Spain is a pretty town, which has managed to preserve a peaceful atmosphere, and still provides a good example of an Andalusian white village.
The town centre has many shops, traditional bars and restaurants offering a wide selection of dishes catering to all tastes. In Estepona you can stroll around the pretty Mediterranean squares radiating with great atmosphere. It has a wide, clean, sandy beach called La Rada, which is constantly being awarded the European Blue Flag and has chiringuitos (beach bars) dotted all along it.
The pretty tree lined promenade connects the town with the port and has two children play areas. The port was constructed in 1977 and provides a contrast with the old town. The marina has two sections, one is the fishing port with boats unloading their catch on a daily basis providing local restaurants with fresh produce.
The other part of the port is leisure and sport orientated, bustling with a fine selection of bars, restaurant and disco pubs. Dolphin and fishing trips can be booked from one of the agents in the port.

Penthouse in Estepona with a very nice view

The terrasse was perfect... kitchen electricity very bad .. was not possible to cook and use the oven at the same time.. the fuse blew every time... and a lot of mosquitoes also a lot of noise in workdays... they are building a lot of new apartments very close to the property..

Aufgrund des in Spanien ausgerufenen Alarmzustandes mußte ich die Unterkunft stornieren. Bisher habe ich aber die geleistete Anzahlung von EUR 269;98 immer noch nicht zurückerhalten, obwohl ich Expedia, HomeAway und den Vermieter mehrfach kontaktiert habe.

The appartment with the best view

The appartment has a very nice view, which also was the reason we rented it, see picture. During the stay we tried once to contact the owner both by phone and message system to HomeAway without coming in contact.
