Well presented apartment: clean,spacious,comfortable furniture inside and out,well equipped kitchen,good hot water supply,well cared for unit with excellent views right on the sea.Pool large and pristine with ample loungers. Only a few niggles: no undercover parking,only one pool card instead of two,and 4 flights of steep steps to access pool( not good for septuagenarians).

View of the Mediterranean

It is such a wonderful view, too bad that the owners have not kept the exterior painted. The BBQ is also old and weathered badly. We wouldn’t cook on it. Inside is clean, however the towels are very old, and you can tell that the furniture is dated. The unit just needs a little tender loving care. With a car the location is very good.

Beautiful setting

Amazing views right on the sea. Everything you need is there. We enjoyed 11 wonderful days using this as our base to sightsee in the area. What a pleasure to return and relax on the huge patio. Irma our host was super responsive to our requests. Our only disappointment was that the pool was not open.

Perfect location to explore the Costa del Sol

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. Irma was delightful to deal with and was very helpful. The photos are accurate - the huge terrace is perfect for enjoying the amazing views. There is comfortable furniture and a BBQ. Inside, the apartment is spotless. Very well equipped kitchen - even a washing machine and dryer which we appreciated since we stayed 12 nights. We used the master bedroom and found it to be very comfortable and quiet. Great bathroom, complete with a bathtub. You'll need a car because the property isn't really walking distance to shops and restaurants but there are supermercados a few minutes away by car. There is a wonderful LONG boardwalk which I walked regularly - and along the way are restos and coffee shops but you have to walk a while to reach them. Irma even left a lovely bottle of rioja for our enjoyment. Very thoughtful and much appreciated. We'll be back!!

Perfect short break

Have just spent the most relaxing 5 nights at the apartment. Great communication and flexibility from the property manager. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds and really well equipped. Quiet location right on the beach front and amazing views from the large terrace, that you could never tire of waking up to. Swam daily in the sea which was clean and clear. Hope to return and would not hesitate to recommend.

Relaxation & Exploration

A lovely property, just as described but better! Very clean, fantastic balcony area with wonderful furniture. Excellent parking and amazing shared swimming pool. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Excellent communication with the owner and very friendly and accommodating. We could relax around the pool or on our own, very large terrace / balcony, as well as spending days exploring the area by car and along the coastal path on foot. Visited Gibraltar, Seville, Malaga and all the coastal towns and villages. So much to see and do. Would definitely recommend this apartment and hope to return. Thank you for a fabulous holiday

Huge terrace with BBQ made it very easy to enjoy the property. Excellent communication from Irma the property manager, if any information or assistance required. Externally the furnishings were tired but functional. The kitchen was really well equipped, first rate. Own transport required, the bus service is twice daily. Beach is within 100 metres of the property. we enjoyed it

Excellent Choice

The property was overlooking the beach, with glimpses of Africa on a clear day. Great deck. Comfortable. Well equipped with everything you would need for a lengthy stay. Many “essentials” provided free, which was much appreciated. Irma was very communicative and easy to get hold off. Really enjoyable stay. If dining out, a car would be best, really no restaurants within walking distance. Good value. Well maintained.

October chill out (actually very warm!)

What a fantastic vista you get from the terrace and that was our reason for selecting this apartment - expansive area with seating and sun beds. The rest of the apartment lived up to the same high standard. Light, spacious and well equipped we had a great week. Easy access to the coastal walk to Manilva but also close to amenities helped. A car was useful and probably essential if you want to eat out. For us hours on the terrace and some home cooking was enough. TV with Netflix helped - Wi-fi was a little temperamental but no real issue. Irma was very helpful and we would happily come back.

Big with great views but car needed

Stunning views from the large terrace and generous sized rooms but you will need a car as there isn’t much in the immediate area. We found the beds a bit hard but obviously this is a matter of personal preference. Showers were good. Well equipped kitchen. Nice pool on site. Irma was a joy to deal with, allowed us to check in late after my wife was taken ill at the airport and extended checkout too as there was no tenant the following week.

Magnificent view in Estepona

The terrace and the view on the Mediterranean was outstanding. There was ample seating for 4 on the huge terrace and the access to walking the path along the sea was perfect. I would have rated the property a 5 but I found the linens in bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen could have been better. They needed replacing with newer fresh ones. The condo was comfortable for 4 people and the washer and bonus dryer was appreciated. The internet worked perfectly, even on the terrace. I would recommend this condo.

Beautiful appartment

The appartment was absolutely wonderful and the property manager Irma was so helpful and always available to help if need be. The only small irritation was that the appartment was not within walking distance from a restaurant or bar so we had to drive instead. The easy solution for us was to buy a bottle of gin and drink in the appartment! (Problem solved).

Enjoyed 2 weeks here in September 2019. Apartment clean and tidy and fantastic location to the beach and amazing views. Enjoyed the quieter area of Estepona and a car was useful for exploring the area and enjoying local restaurants in Puerto de Estepona and surrounding areas.

Surprising Estepona

A great week in this lovely apartment overlooking the sea. The apartment had everything and Irma was fantastic to deal with. The communal pool was also clean & well used. We were most surprised about how nice Estepona has evolved into a smart town with good amenities - a very pleasant surprise.
