Exclusive holiday home with very large and private rooftop terrace in Golf Hills Estepona, near Marbella and Puerto Banus.

The apartment is nicely decorated both inside and outside, and there will be plenty of space for everyone on the large rooftop terrace that contains an outdoor shower and an outdoor kitchen with fridge and bar. This lovely rooftop terrace is very nicely decorated with a large outdoor lounge sofa, dining table and sun loungers and will without a doubt be the perfect setting for enjoyable moments.

In addition to the roof terrace, there is another terrace in the apartment level, which is also very nicely decorated with outdoor sofas, dining table and awning. With 300 sunny days in Andalusia these terraces and their furnishing are a huge plus.

Inside there is also plenty of room and the apartment in general has a wonderful bright and welcoming feeling to it. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and is ideal for 4 persons, but with the sofa bed in the living room, you can easily sleep up to 6 persons, which can also easily be accommodated in this spacious apartment and terraces.

The living room contains a nice dining table, comfortable sofa bed, flat screen TV with accompanying TV box and channels in a variety of languages (eg; UK, ES, FR, DE, RUS, etc.). Wi-Fi is via a fiber connection. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee machine and from the kitchen you have direct access to an adjoining room with washing machine.

In the sleeping area you will find 2 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1; Master bedroom: Double bed, fitted wardrobe, air conditioning and bathroom en-suite with bathtub.

Bedroom 2: 2 single beds, fitted wardrobe air conditioning.

The 2nd bathroom has toilet and shower.

The apartment also features an iron, ironing board and a hairdryer.


GOLF HILLS MARBELLA

The apartment is location in a new and beautiful area in Golf Hills between Marbella and Estepona and La Resina Golf & Country Club is only a few hundred meteres down the road and you can spot it from the terrace.

The community is beautiful and well maintained and there is access to a nice pool area with sunbeds, parasols and free Wi-Fi. Furthermore, there is access to the paddle tennis and private parking.

In the apartment is also a weekend bed and high chair for your free disposal.

There are plenty of good and well-known golf courses in the area of ​​varying difficulty and entry levels.

As Resina Golf & Country Club is new, they offer that you can play without green card and there is no handicap at this track.

The are several lovely beaches to choose from on the stretch between Marbella and Estepona and the nearest beach is about 5 minutes by car from the Golf Hills.

For a more exclusive beach experience, Laguna Beach is recommended, which is located right before Estepona.

There is plenty to explore in the area and we would recommend Gibraltar about 1 hour drive. Puerto Banus about 20 minutes. Marbella's old and charming town about 30 minutes.

A nice apartment with good space, suitable for stays at any time of the year.

NOTE: Own car or rental car; essential!
Half done apartment building can be seen from the roof terrace. This only affects the view to one side and is compensated in the rental price.
